The Wholistic Health Program © is designed to improve physical, mental, and spiritual health by addressing a core influencer in our lives: relationships. 10 guided and evidence based exercises, flexible completion, and self-directed, group supported, and professional options.

Wholistic Health Assessment

The Wholistic Health Assessment © was scientifically sculpted to measure mental, physical, spiritual, and relational health. With vigorous testing for reliability and validity, the assessment provides valuable information on an individual and agency level.

Wholistic Health Coaching

We provide training to current and aspiring health coaching professionals and clinical professionals on seamlessly incorporating the Wholistic Health Program and Assessment into treatment. Free training videos are provided for additional support and guidance.
